Kathy Tate (Secretary/Treasurer)
My husband, a former Marine and I are military brats and have retired to Florida. I am a Virginia born native but moved from North Carolina. We have 2 Children and 6 grandkids. Oh and 2 rescue cats 😊 Sam & Ella. My background in a Shared Governance Leadership Role and non-profit board membership have provided me with experience to be a great asset for the HOA. I have worn many hats in my career and ready to see what my appointment brings my way.
Manuel E Morales aka Manny”(President)
I was born in Puerto Rico and served in the army for 22 years. During that time I was stationed in a variety of places to include South Korea, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq (during Desert Storm). I held multiple management positions as Food Service Supervisor and Civilian Contract Inspector while in the military. After retirement I managed Long John Silver restaurants and the Army and Air Force Exchange Services. I have been happily married since 1999 and have 2 sons. I lived in New York, Virginia, and North Carolina before settling in Riverview.
Christine Ford (Vice President)
I was born in New York but spent the majority of my life living overseas and working as a high school math teacher for the Department of Defense Schools. I was stationed in Holland, Belgium, Italy, and Germany. As a result I have been fortunate to be able to travel and experience many different cultures. I am married to an Air Force veteran, have 3 children and 3 grand children. I love to travel, read, hike, and craft. I am thrilled to be on the HOA board where I hope I can help our homeowners build positive relationships with one another and build a strong sense of community.
